1 rack of pork back ribs
8 cloves of garlic, smashed
Pepper
Garlic salt
Onion powder
Pork rub
Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, Honey or Original
Cut ribs in half or into sections of three's and place in large pot. Add crushed garlic. Add garlic salt, pepper and onion powder to taste. (I eyeball it, but I do add a lot of pepper.) Cover with water and boil for 1 hour with lid on pot. Remove ribs from pot and rub with pork rub (we like Kroger's Pork Rub). Place on BBQ and grill for about 10 minutes on each side, enough to give them that BBQ flavor. Slather BBQ sauce on ribs right before you take them off.
*You can use any type of ribs for this recipe. They are fall off the bone perfect and by adding them to the grill you can't even tell that they didn't slow roast on the grill all day!
